Summary:

1947: The real Santa is hired by Macy's to play the department store's Santa in the Thanksgiving Day parade, but has to prove in court that he is who he says he is.
1994: Remake of the 1947 movie in which Kris Kringle (Attenborough), while working at Macy's, encounters an unbelieving child (Wilson) and goes on trial to prove he is Santa.
